Recently Daddy, Mummy & YiYi has been busy watching some of the olympic games on TV. So, they pass me this little drum & let me play alone, then i won't disturb them while they enjoying their program.

Picnic

We were back to Sembawang Park again on Singapore National Day. This time 大舅&大婶 joined us for picnic. The weather was good, although we reached there at 10.30am, we managed to find a good place near the playground & set up XX's tent.

XX start playing in the tent.

Actually, she only prefer to play in the tent. The field and sand are nitemare to her!!!

This is the usual scene at home recently. I felt tired to clean it up again & again, i think it's time for my princess to learn how to clean the mess she has created.

Recently XiXi drools a lot due to teething. & yes, the bib has became her label right now.

Zoo

Xixi has her first visit to zoo yesterday. The weather is hot coz we were there in the afternoon. My advice, A MUST to take the train - additional S$5 /pax unlimited ride whole day, it's for those who lazy to walk & with kids. We may stop at the any station we wish, but we only stop at Children world. :PWe didn't take much photos as lazy Daddy, Mummy & YiYi only prefer to sit on the train!
O, not to forget the animal we saw - Monkey, Orang Utan, White Tiger, Giraffe, Zebra, Polar Bear, Parrot etc.

MMR

XX had her 15 mth development assessment & MMR jab today. She felt pretty uneasy once she entered into the Clinic, may be her 6th sense already told her something going to happen to her soon. We failed to take any pic of her as Dr's action was too fast. My princess cried for less than 1 minute & back to normal once she stepped out from the room.

Her growth - Weight : 10.1kg & Height : 78cm at 15 mths 2 weeks 1 day.

Childcare Centre

Being the first & only baby at home, she is playing alone most of the time. No siblings, cousins & even friends. It’s getting obvious that she can’t get along with other kids. At times, she snaps other Jie Jie’s toys without even look at them. We think it’s time for her to mix with other kids & start socialising, so we decided to enrol her to childcare centre once she reach 18 mth.

After much consideration & visits to different centre, we have chosen Kinderland. http://www.kinderland.com.sg/ We shall make the registration this weekend.

Hair Cutting

Nanny told me Xixi's hair is getting longer, she start rubbing her eyes sometimes. Ya, i notice too. So once reached home took out the comb & scissor and decided to give her a hair cut. Yiyi warned me, "Pls don't do tat again, the previous time has made Xixi ugly for sometimes, not again." Well, mummy at the other end already start cutting Xixi's hair.

2 minutes later, i start looking for helps! Goodness, Xixi has been tortured without knowing her new ugly looks is unbearable. How???

It was 7.45pm, mummy quickly bring Xixi out looking for barber! Phew! QB is still opening & they are able to give Xixi a help on her hair. She looks curious when i put her on the chair, i signal the barber to start, she quickly get ready for a war. Xixi refused to put on the cover, so no choice, the whole process was w/o cover. Thanks to the small TV in front to distract her, she able to sit on my lap and get her hair done w/o much difficulties in less than 10 minutes. Can't do much, the fringe was too short to save, this is the new look of Xixi.

The damage to mummy's pocket? S$10.

Haiz, should have paid earlier, i can foresee more complain coming soon, especially when her 外婆 coming this weekend.

PaW wAlk 2008 for Babies & Toddlers

We took part in this event organised by Wyeth in the morning.
PAW WALK 2008

We were late by 30 minutes, it's crowded when we reached there. A lot of parents like us bring their family to join the fun.



However, Xixi enjoy the swing more compare to the walk. see here.
