Mummy was tired after OT from work, but all the tireness disappear once i reach home. Xixi was waiting for me, calling loudly, "Mummy, Mummy, come home!" (well, she dunno the word welcome yet)

Xixi is 2 yrs 4 mths today. She is only 90cm & 13.3kg.

She has her own thought now, will not blindly follow our instruction / direction.

She need times to warm up for strangers or even relatives, ranging from 5-15 mins, depends on how frequent she meet these

people.

She likes we doll up her, telling her “美美" will save our effort to chase after her to dress / tie her hair. She will guai guai sit down & let us do what we want.

She baby talks a lot, sometimes it's hard for us to figure out what she mean.

She sing & dance a lot, will invite us to dance together too.

She manage to poo using potty, but more effort needed to xu xu still.

She will sayang my stomach whenever i say, "Sayang Baby"

She likes Peter & Jane, we have finished book 1a now. I only point her the picture, but surprise she remember many of the content although it's a 50 pages book.

At this time, she clearly differeciate our role to her, Daddy - bath & prepare milk for her, Mummy - dress & read to her, YiYi - tie her hair & sleep with her.

May my Chen Xi continue to growth happily & healthy...

At last, we are in KL for a short trip.

This time Xixi took shorter time to warm up when she meet relatives / strangers, around 5-15 minutes.

She has been very nice to 外公，外婆& even小舅.

First she kept praising 外婆 for preparing her meal, "好吃！"

Then, she even hug 小舅.

Last, she hug & kisses 外公 many times before we leave KL again.

Swimming again

As promised, we brought Xixi to swim today, @ Aunty Janice's Condo. The pool is big & nice. There are separate baby pools too. We are happy that we can have our own corner without others' disturbance.

We are not well prepared this time, but will sure bring float & toys in our next attempt!

Happy 44th Birthday, Singapore

XX was selected to perform a catwalk on stage on this special day for Singapore. Her supporters all wake up 6+am to get ready for her first performance.

We were not able to view the rehearsal as it falls on weekday. Her teacher & headmaster has been praising her non-stop when Daddy pick her up on that day. She has "lead" her partner well, guiding him during the show. Even told him "faster, faster" when he walk too far behind.

Honestly, we kind of expecting high on her.

I noticed her partner, Brayden was crying once we reached. I think i have spoke something wrong without considering her fear of big group / event. She cried unexpectedly once we passed her to the teacher.

& no matter how we pacified her, she just couldn't stop crying. We were advised to leave her with the group. So, we had no choice but to hide nearby monitoring her.

Calming down after sometimes.

She supposed to sit on this with Brayden, but end up marching as the rest.

Mummy & YiYi can relax finally, after knowing our little one is ok.

Honestly, i find the teacher creative. Her costume is quite nice, made of plastic rice packaging.

Although there is hiccup in the beginning, but as the youngest performer , i'm still proud of my princess today.

Ken's 1st birthday

Ken's Didi turned 1 today, we gathered at the Dew to celebrates his birthday.

It's so hard to shoot a photo for the kids, despite trying hard, the mission failed. #-#

16th week now

I've juz entered into 16th week.

MS has subsided & can start enjoying the food i used to eat.

Stomach has been big compared to XX's time.

O btw, i can feel the little one movement inside since few days ago.

I know i should enjoy this trimester now, especially it will be my last pregnancy.

So, i'm happily eating the bird nest & cordycep .

Mirror, Mirror on the wall

Is this female instinct?

She tends to look at the mirror when we were out recently.

Shopping with this young lady is no longer a easy job.

Currently, we need to bribe her with SWEETS, in order to divert her attention from those balloons, toys etc. Otherwise, she will keep dragging us to her own direction & said, "This way! This way!"
